This is my first attempt to make a jelly roll which has been in my wish list to learn how to bake. I've been wanting to make this for so long and have even collected several recipes. However, it is only now that I have push myself to do so since I got this recipe from my cousin, Eileen, who is an accomplished cook and baker.
